    Tingley, Joyce E., 85, July 28, 2013.  Graveside service to be held on Saturday, August 3, at 1 p.m. at the Littleton Cemetery.

    Joyce E. Tingley, 85, of Houlton, passed away July 28, 2013 at a Bangor Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Bedell Settlement, N.B., the daughter of Harry Baker and Marion Ingraham.
    She was married to Roscoe Tingley Jr. for 50-plus years.
    She was a member of Houlton United Methodist Church and a member of the Houlton Promenaders Square Dance Club for 30 years.
    She is survived by her son, Carl; daughter, Nancy Leavitt and husband, Howard; son, Kevin and wife, Cheryl; grandchildren, Megan Leavitt, Caitlin Crane, Nicholas, Nathan, and Chenise Tingley; and special sister Arlene Friel. She was predeceased by her husband, Roscoe E. Tingley Jr.
    There will be a graveside service on Saturday, August 3 at 1 p.m. at the Littleton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to the Houlton United Methodist Church, Houlton Visiting Nurses of Aroostook, or to the charity of one’s choice.
