CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 20, Easton: violating condition of release and violating protective order, dismissed (each).
• Jamie P. Burns, 41, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison.
• Alysa L. Caparotta, 23, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.
• Dave M. Chouinard, 44, Eagle Lake: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, filed without costs.
• Mark A. Flint, 49, Nashville Plt.: night hunting, $1,200 fine and three days in jail.
• William F. Fogarty, 32, Holden, Mass.: operating under the influence, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Jason Z. Goodblood, 27, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
• Gary G. Grivois, 27, Madawaska: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $400 fine (each), three years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $170 restitution (first), 180 days in jail (second, third).
• Kelly E. Hannon, 46, Van Buren: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
• Leeann Kaiser, 25, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation; violating condition of release, 90 days in prison; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in prison.
• Reginald Michaud, 59, St. John Plt.: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• Neil A. Nelson, 42, Stockholm: violating condition of release and OUI, no test, priors, dismissed (each); and driving to endanger, $1,000 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Eric S. Philbrook, 28, Woodland: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $60 restitution.
• Shawn M. Plourde, 25, Caribou: forgery and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each), and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,808.97 restitution.
• Elden R. Rossignol, 75, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license and registration suspension.
• Daryll I. Sherwood, 63, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order (three counts), 30 days in jail (each).
• Benjamin T. Sirois, 27, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property (two counts), six months in prison (each); violating condition of release (two counts), 90 days in prison (each); burglary, $400 fine, six years in prison, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation and $725 restitution; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, one year in prison.
• Jason Claude Sirois, 34, Van Buren: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $4,715.83 restitution; and reckless conduct, dismissed.
• Kristie Taggett, 38, Fort Kent: cultivating marijuana, dismissed.
• Dylan Willey, 20, Waldoboro: terrorizing, 60 days in jail, all but three days suspended and one year administrative release sentence; and violating condition of release, three days in jail.
• Jonathan P. Wood, 51, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
