CARIBOU — SunburyPress, publisher of “In the Shadow of a Mountain: A Soldier’s Struggle with PTSD,” the story of life-long Aroostook County resident and WWII veteran, Edward C. Dahlgren, announced recently that the book is now on their best-selling list. Author and daughter of Mr. Dahlgren, Susan Dahlgren Daigneault, will be at the Caribou Public Library on Monday, July 22, from 4-5:30 p.m. reading from her book.
Several sections of Daigneault’s book take place in Caribou and the surrounding Swedish settlements where her father grew up. Copies of the book will be available for sale. Paperback, Kindle and Nook versions of the book are also available through Amazon.com.
