The Houlton High School football program will be offering open football clinics on Monday and Wednesday evenings, beginning July 8. These clinics will open to all interested students who will be in grades 9-12 in the upcoming 2013-2014 school year.
The clinics are free.
The clinic will deal with fundamental blocking and tackling techniques, passing and catching, basic to advanced offensive and defensive drills and formations.
Each session will end with a 7-on-7 non contact game.
Clinics will be at 6-7:30 p.m. at the utility field behind the Southside School. This is a non-contact clinic. Anyone interested should wear shorts, cleat or sneakers and bring water.
Youth Football Clinic
On Saturday July 20 and 27, free clinics will be offered to all students in grades 3-8 from 10-11 a.m. at the Southside utility field by the Houlton High football staff. The clinics will provide an opportunity for any student who has not already signed up for the upcoming season to do so.
All interested should wear shorts, cleats or sneakers and bring water. This is a non-contact clinic. The public is welcome to observe. All parking at the school must be in authorized areas only.
