The hearing on the district budget of SAD 70 was held on June 11. The Town Manager was there to register voters of Ludlow. Present were Melissa Ivey, school board representative; David Stevens, selectman; Therese Lussier, planning board member; and Virginia McCain, selectmen.
The total number of school district voters in the audience was 19. The total cost of the budget to the towns is $1,758,303. The election was held Tuesday June 25.

Walter from Milo delivered the new adopted flags and a couple of new poles for those damaged in the severe wind and rain a few weeks ago. A plaque will be hanging in the office with the names of those honored veterans for whom the flags were purchased.
The town lost a long time resident a week ago. Charlotte Reeves, mother of eight children and grandmother of 26 children, and great grandmother to 27 children, passed away on June 5 and was buried in the Ludlow Cemetery on Sunday June 9.
