Just because you stop paying that bill on your cell phone, it still works? Most cell phones are equipped with a feature that allows the 9-1-1 number to still ring into the 9-1-1 system.
So please be aware that when you give your child your old cell phone to play with, you may be getting a visit from us.
HPD has a policy to follow up on all 9-1-1 calls and we may come knocking on your door.
