HODGDON – Kevin Mullen, 38, died peacefully in his sleep June 17, 2013 at his residence. He was born Feb. 20, 1975 at Natick, MA, the son of James and Barbara Mullen.
Kevin had a great love of animals and worked with them at a dog boarding kennel at one time in New Jersey. He also worked for the US Boundary Commission of Houlton.
Kevin was injured in a 4-wheeler accident in 2004 but that didn’t stop him from participating in an array of sports including 4-wheeling and downhill skiing.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Barbara and step-father, Glenn Estes of Orient; his father, James of NH; his twin brother, Paul Mullen of Houlton; two beloved nieces, Alana and Lilli Ann, both of Houlton; many aunts, uncles and cousins; he leaves behind his beloved pets, Snowy and Blade.
Friends called at the Dunn Funeral Home 11 a.m. Friday until time of departure for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service at the Peter’s Cove Cemetery, Orient, with Pastor Bob Root officiating.
