DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of April.
• Dale S. Simpson, 43, Castle Hill: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation; violating condition of release and trafficking in dangerous knives, 48 hours in jail (each); sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Eric G. Soucy, 33, Woodland: possessing fish in violation, $180 fine.
• Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 49, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $10.99 restitution.
• Stephen E. Tarbox, 46, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and criminal threatening, five days in jail (each).
• Doris M. Tardy, 47, Blaine: criminal trespass, $150 fine.
• Ralph Terrell, 43, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Chelsie E. Turner, 18, Mapleton: assault, $300 fine.
• Kristy L. Wasson, 20, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Paul A. Wasson, 21, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Christopher Wilcox, 23, Easton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Colleen Morgan Williams, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
• James Richard Williams, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
• Lee S. Winship, 32, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Jason Ira Wright, 28, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Joshua G. Young, 37, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
