The Aroostook League has announced its All-Aroostook team for the spring sports season.
In team sports such as baseball, softball and tennis, All-Aroostook players are selected by the league coaches. For track and field, selections are made based on criteria established by the league.
Athletes are awarded an All-Aroostook certificate at their spring sports awards assemblies.
The following are the 2013 selections:
Class B and C baseball: Matt Curry, Cody Herbert, Matt Milliard, Mike Selander and Dean Walker, all of Caribou; Brady Lizotte and Charlie Nadeau, both of Fort Kent; Jake Drew, Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Daniel Howe and Isaiah Straubel, all of Houlton; and Ben Buckley, Saul Nunez, Scott Rhynold, Tyler Seeley and Jonah Stephenson, all of Presque Isle.
