McGill’s Band has been entertaining very supportive audiences in the park with a variety of music. Last year the band was broadcast live and streamed live on the Internet thanks to WHOU owner Fred Grant. There are a lot of great concerts planned, including hosting the 195th Maine National Guard Army Band on July 3 as a part of Midnight Madness. Come and enjoy great summer evenings of music, along with various business and community organizations providing balloons, popcorn, or other treats. Every Thursdsay, weather permitting, until Aug. 15 the band will entertain people at Monument Park starting at 7 p.m. The final concert of the season will be Aug. 22 at the Community Arts Center. See you in the park!
