    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.

    Sabrina Adams, 35, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Knoll Dylan Anderson, 21, Caribou: stealing drugs and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,172.42 restitution.
    Vernon D. Baker, 36, Allagash: domestic violence assault (two counts), $300 fine and 364 days in prison, all suspended (first), three years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $8,832.98 restitution; domestic violence terrorizing (two counts), 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year probation (first), three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation (second); probation violation, 42 months in prison, probation revoked; obstructing criminal prosecution, three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; domestic violence stalking, priors, dismissed; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim (three counts), seven years in prison, all suspended and three years’ probation (first, third), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
    Eric M. Beckwith, 37, Crouseville: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail; and burglary, 12 months in prison, all but 15 days suspended, two years’ probation and $477.55 restitution.
    Jennifer Bragg, 32, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, 30 days in jail and one year administrative release sentence.
    Christopher Brink, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and 10 days in jail.
    Eric S. Brown, 32, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and probation violation, 30 days in jail (each) and probation partially revoked and probation continued (second).
    Robert Lynn Butcher, 68, Billings, Mont.: unlawful possession of oxycodone and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, filed on $100 costs (each).
    Joshua J. Clark, 19, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 30 days in jail.
    Michelle R. Clark, 49, Garfield Plt.: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
    Joshua D. Doughty, 28, Fort Fairfield: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail.
    John D. Drake, 41, Lewiston: burglary, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years probation and $7,854.37 restitution.
    Amber L. Getchell, 20, Chapman: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $4,072.91 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Hayley L. Goudreau, 20, Caribou: stealing drugs, $500 fine, six months in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
    Arthur R. Gray, 22, Mars Hill: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
    Scott B. Greene, 31, Presque Isle: assault, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $15,501.88 restitution.
    Troy Hammond, 47, Old Orchard Beach: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Shawn M. Harris, 52, Wade: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $100 costs.
    Charles R. Hartsgrove, 25, Madawaska: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Michael Hill, 27, Springvale: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.
    Paul Jean, 24, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in prison; assault on an officer, four months, 15 days in prison; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 30 days in prison.
    Scott E. Knowlton, 40, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed (each); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 24 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Troy P. Lausier, 34, Van Buren: failing to appear after bailed, dismissed.
    Dawn M. Levesque, 41, Van Buren: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Naomi R. Leyendecker, 50, Westmanland: forgery, $500 fine; and negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
    Mark Martin Marquis, 50, St. David: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine, seven days in jail, all suspended and one year administrative release sentence.
    Mia R. McDonald, 27, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.
    Aaron J. Michaud, 28, Grand Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
    Dianne M. Michaud, 51, Easton: domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail.
    Andrew A. Morrow, 31, Van Buren: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Justin C. Murphy, 28, Caribou: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued and $200 restitution.
    Rebecca L. Nersessian, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (two counts), 90 days in jail (each); and assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail.
    Matthew J. Oakes, 26, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail and $981 restitution; violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second); criminal trespass and domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail (each).
    Ryan P. O’Neal, 30, Presque Isle: criminal conspiracy, $500 fine and four days in jail.
    Michael James Parker, 24, Caribou: probation violation, 12 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Joshua M. Pelletier, 24, St. John Plt.: falsifying physical evidence, 180 days in jail; furnishing liquor to a minor (three counts), four years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation, $6,100 restitution (first), dismissed (second, third); violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), 180 days in jail (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 180 days in jail (each); burglary, 180 days in jail and $6,100 restitution; and operating after habitual offender revocation, 180 days in jail.
