    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
    William Barton, 52, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Frederick L. Bonville, 50, Presque Isle: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drug, $2,000 fine and two years in prison; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, not guilty.
    Robert E. Bowring, Jr., 30, Ashland: reckless conduct, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

    Allyson Bragdon, 43, Limestone: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Bryce Jacob Bridges, 20, Blaine: gross sexual assault, dismissed.
    Keith A. Brissette, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, three months in jail and probation revoked.
    Roger D. Burby, Jr., 29, Ashland: probation violation, 39 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dustin F. Champagne, 25, Eagle Lake: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $650 costs.
    James O. Clark, 38, Wade: probation violation, 22 months in prison, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 22 months in prison. $1,600 restitution; burglary, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 22 months in prison; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 30 days in jail.
    Jon A. Clayton, Jr., 49, Bridgewater: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense, dismissed.
    Roy E. Cloney, Jr., 45, Caribou: domestic violence assault, priors (two counts), six months in jail (first), two years in prison, all but eight months suspended and two years’ probation (second).
    Norberto Colon, 29, Washburn: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and criminal trespass, six months in jail.
    Michael Anthony Courchesne, 23, Penocook, N.H.: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
