It is Memorial Day, as this is written. Time to give thanks to veterans all over the country, no matter where they served. We will always be grateful for their dedication and sacrifice.
Sylvia Thompson has returned from Pennsylvania where she attended her granddaughter Molly’s beautiful Christian graduation at Messiah College in Merchanisburg, Pa.
Molly will be attending Columbia University in New York City this fall for her master’s degree in teaching. Charlene Henderson has returned from Rockport where she attended a several days’ workshop. We are all glad she has returned.
Matthew Cunliffe of Virginia has been viisting his mother, and sister Joanne. We will be well into June by the time this is read. Hope your holiday was a good one.
