On May 16, Madigan Health Care Services held a luncheon, awards ceremony and prize drawing for its employees during National Nursing Home Week/Appreciation Day.
Brenda Brown, administrator of Madigan Estates, spoke to the staff expressing her appreciation for their hard work and care given to each resident at the facility.

HONORED — Honored with longevity pins for service and dedication to residents and home care clients at Madigan Health Care Services are, from left, Carla Duff, 15 years; Mary Howland, 20 years; and Judy Russell, 25 years. Absent from the photograph are Carol Quint, 15 years, and Roseanne Bindbeutel, 20 years.
“You have our full esteem and appreciation for making our home ‘a home’ for our residents,” she added. “We are thankful you’re part of our team. Keep up the good job. You all are truly very much appreciated.”
Honored with receiving a 25-year pin for service was Judy Russell; 20-year pins, Mary Howland and Roseanne Bindbeutel; and 15-year pins Carla Duff and Carol Quint.

Earning their 10-year pins, Jennifer Prince, Annette Boutilier, Julie Foster, Barbara Hodgson, Charlene Flewelling, Linda Randall, Nancy Scott and Lorraine Wilson.
Presented with their five-year pins, Ashley Saunders, Melissa Caron, Kari Hovey, Nicole Siepmann, Linda Brewer, Tiffany Phillips, Becky Breton, Patti Henderson, Margaret Hinchman and Ashley Roberts.
“It’s clear to all who see you work that your gift of help and caring comes straight from the heart,” Brown said speaking to all employees. “We thank you for your dedication and for always doing your share.”
