HOULTON – Vida Marie MacDonald, 99, passed away Sunday April 28, 2013, at a Houlton long-term care facility. She was born March 14, 1914, in Wakefield, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Augustus and Jemima (Smith) Nee Wolhaupter.
She is survived by a son, William Cobham and his wife Susan of Shelburne, Nova Scotia; a grandson, Christopher Cobham of Edmonton, Alberta; a granddaughter, Shauna Cobham of Halifax, Nova Scotia; great-granddaughter, Alisha Cobham; and one sister, Myrtle Labelle of British Columbia; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Carl MacDonald; four brothers, Charles, Miles, Ervin, and David MacDonald; and two sisters, Zella and Ruby.
