SOUTHINGTON – Mrs. Jean A. (Esty) Barrow, 80, of Southington, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at the University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington. She was the widow of Glenwood C. Barrow.
Jean was born December 16, 1932, in Houlton, a daughter of the late William and Jenny (Brown) Esty. She was a key punch operator retiring after many years of service. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion, both in Southington.
She leaves her sons, James Barrow of Sorrento, FL, and Joseph Barrow of Bristol; her daughters, Donna Nadobny of Clarksville, TN and Audrey McLaughlin of Orlando, FL; fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She also leaves her longtime companion, Henry Martel of Plainville, and her cousin, Joanne Pavano of Avon. She was predeceased by her daughter, Glenna Cote.
Burial will be held privately.
