Caribou Community Pride Day

    The Caribou Parks and Recreation Department and Pepsi Cola Bottling of Presque Isle are looking for volunteers to help clean up parks and landscape areas in our town. The cleanup day is slated for Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m.-noon. Lunch will be provided at noon for volunteers at Teague Park. All volunteers must register at the Caribou Parks and Recreation office at 493-4224.

 

Pokémon game club

    The next meeting of the Pokémon game club at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center will be on Friday, May 3 from 3:15-5 p.m. Other upcoming meeting dates are May 10, 17 and 31; and June 7.

Mother-son dance

    The annual Mother-Son dance will be held on Friday, May 10 from 7-9 p.m. at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. This year’s dance will have a pirate theme. The admission is $5 per couple. Photos by Duane will also be available for a fee. Everyone is invited to attend.

Track and field program under way

    The Hershey Track and Field program for youth ages 9-14 is under way. Ages 9-10 meet Monday and Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m. and ages 11-14 meet on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3-5 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
