Business keeps customers first
To the editor:
Over the past eight years, I have made dozens of visits to and purchases from Staples office supply store.
And always I have been positively impressed with the outstanding courtesy, knowledge, intelligence and patience of every staff member — most recently their patience with my returning a monitor and repurchasing it within the hour, with all the ensuing complications.
Surely this is a reflection of management’s screening, training and transferred optimism. I cannot afford to send them a financial reward, such as Staples often offers me, but I do promise my continued patronage and this note of thanks.
