Have you ever been bullied? Well it is not the best experience. While people are being bullied other people just sit there and watch when the other person is in need of help Things you can do to stand up for people are go up to the bully and confront them or go tell a trustworthy adult. There are lot os people being harmed by bullies in ways some people can’t face alone. Some types of bullies are verbal, physical, mental, and cyber.
Verbal bullies, bully by using rude words such as nerd, weird, or even making fun of a person’s appearance. To know when you are being bullied, is when the bully will not stop, or having constant stress thinking that you may be hurt or emotions will be hurt.
How to deal with a verbal bully
Just know that the words the bully is saying are not true. Make it look like you don’t care. Convince that you are stronger than them. Talk to a trusted companion. If they knew they would be able to know what is happening and harassment is illegal. Bullies are cowards they wait when the victim is weak, alone, and defenseless. Instead of being around the bullies be around those you enjoy being around.
Cyber bullying includes being harassed over the internet. Did you know that 50% of American teenagers have been or are being cyber-bullied in the United States?

The aggression is mostly common in boys. Sexual harassment or sexual assault can come across as physical bullying.
