Traits any Architect Should Have

Ambitious — People who will not give up on a hard jobs and want to achieve their goals
Responsible — Workers will have to be responsible, like being punctual
Creative — Buildings will have to be designed with different features and should be done in creative ways
Helpful — Willing to help other co-workers and their clients
Intelligent — Have to be very intelligent in math because it is a very important in determining if the structure is safe and functional
Talented — We need very talented architects who will add to our business
Efficient — They need to be very efficient, on time, and not procrastinate. They should be able to be efficient on building materials and costs
Cooperative — They need to be willing to work well with other people working on a project and hear other ideas
Trustworthy — Can be trusted to work on any projects and have it done in time to the best of their ability
