Sarah Harbison, daughter of David and Mary Harbison of Houlton, and Tim Williams, son of Brian and Lee Williams of Linneus, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Tim works for Harbison Plumbing and Heating. Sarah is a teacher at Mill Pond School and a graduate student studying School Counseling.
A November 23, 2013 wedding is being planned.
