DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February.
• Scott L. Ackley, 53, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 96 hours in jail.
• Ricky Anderson, 33, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Sean Bagley, 25, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, dismissed; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $400 fine.
• Bartlett Forest Products, Orient: violating dyed fuel prohibition, dismissed; and rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle, $500 fine.
• George A. Buie, 70, Presque Isle: theft of services, 48 hours in jail and $26 restitution; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Joshua Brian Caldwell, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each) and $400 fine (first).
• Kurt A. Camire, 30, Biddeford: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
• Angela Chasse, 38, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Matthew G. Chasse, 18, Mapleton: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
• Philip H. Chasse, 35, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Norman Cormier, 52, Portage Lake: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
• Richard C. Cummings, 23, Mars Hill: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Kaleb R. Dahlgren, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
• Richard Daigle, Jr., 49, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
• Roberta Doughty, 45, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, dismissed.
