MPS plans power interruption in PI
PRESQUE ISLE — Maine Public Service will interrupt power for approximately five minutes on Thursday, Feb. 14, from 2 to 2:05 p.m. to upgrade electrical service and increase reliability to all homes located on Lombard Street, City View Drive and Sky View Drive.
“This is a necessary power interruption to enable an upgrade of our system to be completed in the safest possible manner,” said Virginia Joles, senior communications specialist.
“Customers with questions are welcome to contact our Customer Service Center at 760-2300 or 877-655-4448 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.,” Joles said.
Rain date, if applicable, with be the same time Friday, Feb. 15.
