New assistant city manager, deputy tax collector
CARIBOU — Two recently created positions for the city have been filled, giving Caribou a brand new assistant city manager and deputy tax collector.
Carl Grant of Woodland, the new deputy tax collector, started his job with the city on Feb. 4.
Tony Mazzucco from Milton, Vt., the new assistant city manager, is tentatively slated to start the job on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
