The third and final session of the Caribou Public Library’s Toddler Time began on Feb. 2 and will be held Saturday mornings from 10 to 10:30 a.m. The purpose of this program is to introduce young children to books, nursery rhymes, finger plays and songs appropriate to their stage of development. One parent per child is required to attend to provide the child with the one-on-one attention they require.
The library will also be sponsoring a Teen Career Exploration program for students of all ages wishing to gain more information on a variety of professions. Guest speakers will be on hand at each session to discuss their careers and answer any questions participants may have. The group will meet at the library from 3 to 4 p.m. on Feb. 6 and 20, March 6 and 20, and April 3 and 17.
Anyone interested in obtaining more information or wishing to register for these programs is asked to contact the library at 493-4214.
