HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.
Brent A. Burleigh, 51, Macwahoc: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed.
Jennifer Dirusso, 31, Houlton: criminal attempt, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one-year probation.
Ryan K. Greenlaw, 35, Smyrna Mills: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Glen R. Kleinert, 34, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and six months in prison.
Joshua E. Lake, 23, Sherman: theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail.
Christian M. McDonald, 24, Oakfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, (two counts), $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in prison (first), $500 fine and 30 days in prison (second); and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.
Kayla Nason, 23, Houlton: aggravated criminal mischief, two years in prison, all but 120 days suspended, two years’ probation and $7,139.70 restitution.
James Philbrook, 63, Manchester, N.H.: theft by misapplication of property, eight years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $195,000 restitution; and violating Maine Uniform Securities Act, three years in prison.
Richard W. Pratt, 59, Blaine: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
Melissa Lidsay Tidd, 30, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
