LAFRANCIS, Rena Lula (Cray), 94, PRESQUE ISLE, Feb. 2, 2013. A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m., Thursday Feb. 7, at the First United Pentecostal Church, Presque Isle. Arrangements in care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

    PRESQUE ISLE – Rena L. LaFrancis, 94, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at the Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle. She was born April 15, 1918, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Judson and Lula Mae (McEntee) Cray.
    Rena was employed by Potato Service in Presque Isle for more than twenty years. She loved her home, gardening, and most of all her family.
    She is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, Clifford LaFrancis of Presque Isle; four daughters, Bonnie Goodwin of Castle Hill, Irene Owens and Elaine Akerson of Caribou, Theresa Woodworth of Presque Isle; sons, Reggie Moran of Muncie, IN, and Fred LaFrancis of Castle Hill; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mildred Liakakes, Esther Myford and Elaine Stewart; one brother, Gerald Cray of Presque Isle; and many nieces and nephews.
    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son Dickie “Jake” Moran Jr.; a sister, Myrtle L. Hartley; two grandsons, Kenneth and William Goodwin; and a great-great-grandson, Jonah Hart.
    A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m., Thursday February 7, 2013, at the First United Pentecostal Church on Wilson St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. Anthony Scott officiating.
