LEARNING TO SKI — It’s said a family that plays together, stays together.
If that’s the case, siblings, from left, Hunter Reed, 6, and Abigail Reed, 4, are off to a great start. With the assistance of their mother, Allison Reed, the children have been learning to ski this winter, enjoying Quoggy Jo’s ski slope in Presque Isle. Hunter took to the slopes like an old pro but Abby took a little more persuading to don skis and hit the snow, preferring to enjoy cocoa in the clubhouse. When not playing in the snow, the pair enjoy spending time with their parents, Kevin and Allison Reed, of Presque Isle — whether it’s a movie night, walking on area trails, learning to skate, swimming or some other family adventure.
