SPRINGFIELD, MO – Vergie Grace (Holmes) Harmon was born July 20, 1921 in Caribou, Maine and passed away November 20, 2012 in Springfield, MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Harold Harmon; her daughter, Carol J. Moore of Kansas City, MO; brothers, Donald, Irving, Phillip and Beecher; and her sister, Norma.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Bureman of Springfield, MO; her brother, Gordon (Ted) Holmes; three grandchildren, Richard Jones of Liberty, MO, Jennifer Brown of Independence, MO, and Joseph Jones of Kansas City, MO; three great-grandchildren, Adrian Jones, Tess Jones and Kaitlyn Brown; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Monday, November 26 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Springfield, MO.
