• Nicholas A. Rogers, 20, Westford, Vt.: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
• Timothy Rooney, 28, Easton: littering, $200 fine.
• Clifford A. Rossignol, 75, Presque Isle: violating protective order from harassment, dismissed.
• Chad Seeley, 38, Easton: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
• Steven Selander, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
• Hannah A. Shaw-Drost, 38, Blaine: allowing person 10-16 to unlawfully operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Alan Smart, 36, New York, N.Y.: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Jeffrey Sock, 32, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine.
• Ralph Terrell, 42, Presque Isle: failing to stop for officer, dismissed.
• Mitchell S. Thompson, 19, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Gail Tiberio, 59, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Michele Tingley, 30, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and criminal mischief, five days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Marangely Torres, 22, Brockton, Mass.: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
• Landon Towle, 18, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; and person under 21 years of age purchasing, using or possessing fireworks, dismissed.
• Devin M. Tracy, 20, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Matthew Turner, 22, Presque Isle; failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Alex Tuttle, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, dismissed.
• Belinda Wehr, 30, Presque Isle: theft of services, dismissed; and littering, $250 fine.
• Judy Lynn Whiteley, 28, Ashland: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Taylor D. Willette, 20, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
• Christopher R. Winship, 25, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Ashlee L. Wright, 25, Washburn: violating condition of release, 50 days in jail; sexual abuse of a minor, 364 days in jail, all but 50 days suspended and one-year probation; and violating protective order, dismissed.
