Caribou — Geneva Guillemette, 89, died December 19, 2012, at Caribou. She was born in Caribou July 19, 1923, the daughter of the late Dennis and Ozite (Belanger) Morin. Mrs. Guillemette was employed at the Victory Restaurant in Caribou for a number of years as well as Potato Service. She was a life-long member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church where she was a member of the Catholic Golden Age. She was also a former member of the Lister Knowlton Post 9389 VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Ronald Guillemette of Deltona, FL., Donald Guillemette and his wife, Rose of Caribou, Diane Palioti and her husband, John of Coventry, R.I. and Tammy Garvey and her husband, Bob of Deland, Fla; one stepson, Ted Guillemette and his wife, June of New Brunswick, Canada; 28 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren including two special great-grandchildren, Kooper and Alanna; a special friend and care giver, Yvette Lagasse of Caribou; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Guillemette was predeceased by three sons, Stanley, Gaylon and Edward Jr.; two stepsons, Austin and Averett; as well as numerous brothers and sisters.

Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, Saturday, December 22, 2012, from 9 a.m. until time of services which were held at 11 a.m. from the Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
