Why wasn’t camera rolling?
To the editor:
Why wasn’t the City Council meeting where final adjustments and approval of the overall 2013 budget voted on, televised?
It makes one wonder if something was changed and/or passed that the City did not want the public to know about. And the excuse of a camera operator not being available will not cover it because the camera and sound has been on in the past when the operator was not available.
