PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of October.
• Jason Gibson, 35, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Lori A. Good, 40, Fort Fairfield: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Ayana Green, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
• Ashley Marie Guerrette, 24, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, conditional/restriction, dismissed.
• Christine M. Hart, 28, Presque Isle: assault, criminal trespass, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail (each).
• Richard Henderson, 53, Presque Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed.
• Lucas D. Higgins, 25, Mapleton: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Ricky C. Hill, Sr., 26, Presque Isle: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.
• Gregory L. Huntley, 29, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Nicholas J. Isaac, 28, Blaine: criminal trespass, filed without costs.
• Nathaniel P. John, 21, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Renaldo R. Jones, 20, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Tracy D. Kennedy, 34, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Richard M. Kinney, 42, Houlton: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
• Brentant Lahey, 21, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, 48 hours in jail.
• Jeaudi Landry, 29, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and five days in jail.
• Andrew J. Legassie, 20, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Floyd R. Legassie, 33, Presque Isle: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $100 fine.
• Kenneth D. Leonard, Jr., 43, Millinocket: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Kurt L. Levasseur, 38, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, $200 fine.
• Gene Little, 66, Mapleton: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
• Thomas E. Martin, 52, Ashland: fraudulently obtaining license or permit (two counts), $250 fine (first), dismissed (second).
• Shawn McCausland, 40, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
• Joseph McDougal, Jr., 27, Easton: assault, $300 fine.
• Sean McIntyre, 33, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Melanie F. McLaughlin, 25, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Ralph L. McNeal, 53, Woodland: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Lucas McPherson, 22, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Mikaela F. Merrill, 19, Arundel: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Lorraine N. Michaud, 43, Mars Hill: failing to produce permit, $100 fine.
• Hillary D. Murchison, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Jerry M. Ognen, 44, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by deception (two counts), theft of services, and negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
• Lili Parady, 21, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Jacob C. Parks, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Cori A. Perry, 37, Harrison: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Brandon L. Plaud, 19, Westfield: failing to display ATV registration numbers, $100 fine.
• Roderick T. Plourde, 38, Easton: engaging in recycling without license, $500 fine.
• Shannon L. Prestwood, 34, Connor Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Karen A. Price, 43, Barnstead, N.H.: operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
• Ashley Rasmussen, 21, Caribou: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
