PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of October.
• Scott L. Ackley, 53, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension.
• Christopher A. Ayotte, 30, Presque Isle: violating ATV rule, $100 fine.
• Brett Baker, 21, Washburn: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Winston Barker, 34, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• William Barton, 52, Mars Hill: possession of marijuana, up to .125 oz., dismissed.
• Bobby L. Begin, 28, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; assault, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and reckless conduct, $300 fine and 48 days in jail.
• Alison J. Blaisdell-Sanders, 22, Fort Fairfield: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Daniel J. Boucher, 51, Presque Isle: allowing person 10-16 to unlawfully operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Brandon Boulware, 23, Presque Isle: operating ATV under influence over 21, $500 fine; and OUI, dismissed.
• Nathan D. Brewer, 32, Chapman: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 20, Easton: failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine and 60-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Patrick Caporatta, 24, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Colleen Marie Caulfield, 50, Mars Hill: misuse of E-911 system and disorderly conduct, dismissed (each).
• Joy A. Charette, 45, Fort Fairfield: permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate ATV, $100 fine.
• Jeffrey H. Chasse, 41, Woodland: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Joshua D. Churchill, 21, Fort Fairfield: violation condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Eric W. Clair, 30, Oakfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• Cote Cosgro, 21, Island Falls: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Amanda Cummings, 31, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• William E. Cutler, 27, Masardis: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Christopher R. Cyr, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Lukas A. Dickinson, 18, Presque Isle: possession of tobacco products by minor, 20 hours’ community service.
• Amanda L. Dillon, 31, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Dawn D. Dudley, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Wallace G. Endy, Jr., 27, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Michael Forand, 18, Wade: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Madeline Gauvin, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 76 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; stalking, serious inconvenience, emotional distress, 76 days in jail; violating protective order (two counts), 76 days in jail (first), dismissed (second); violating condition of release, and false public alarm or report, 30 days in jail, all suspended (each).
