THE HAYWARD-FRAZIER VFW POST 2599 hosted a Veterans Day memorial service Sunday at the Veterans Memorial Park in Presque Isle.
The ceremony included remarks by Post Commander Randolph Michaud, the playing of “Taps,” and the raising of the American flag. Here, Wilma McGrath, senior vice president of the Ladies Auxiliary, places a wreath on the memorial marker. Following the event, attendees were invited to the Post home for coffee, donuts and fellowship.
