• Mark B. Graves, 36, Castle Hill: criminal mischief and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each); and domestic violence reckless conduct, 45 days in jail.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 24, Presque Isle: criminal threatening; terrorizing; criminal mischief; 10 days in jail (each); and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail.

• January E. Jones, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized use of property, 10 days in jail.
• Jasmine K. King, 18, Limestone: failing to stop, provide information, dismissed.
• John King, 34, Limestone: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Richard M. Kinney, 42, Houlton: violating condition of release (three counts), eight days in jail (first), five days in jail (second), 15 days in jail (third); operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; criminal mischief 15 days in jail; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $200 restitution.

• Leanne R. Lacombe, 28, Mapleton: permitting unlawful use, dismissed; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail; and stealing drugs, dismissed.
• Andrew J. Legassie, 20, Presque Isle: criminal trespass (two counts), $100 fine (first), $200 fine (second); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
• Joe N. Levesque, 26, Van Buren: obstructing report of crime, 30 days in jail.
• Thomas P. Long, Jr. 19, Ashland: burning without permit; and burning prohibited material, $150 fine (each).

• Nicholette Martin, 30, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, five days in jail; violating condition of release (five counts), five days in jail (first, fifth), 30 days in jail (second), dismissed (third), 15 days in jail (fourth); theft by unauthorized use of property (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), five days in jail (second); and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine and 15 days in jail.

• Gary Lee Nightingale, 32, Old Orchard Beach: domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first), five days in jail (second); criminal trespass (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first), five days in jail (second); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
