• Ashley M. Beaupre, 20, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Bruce R. Belanger, 44, Presque Isle: rule violation, other, $100 fine.
• Robert Belforti, Jr., 56, Caribou: violating protective order from harassment, $250 fine.
• Robert D. Belmain, 45, Mapleton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Brandon Lewelynn Parker Boyd, 29, Mars Hill: violating protective order, 24 hours in jail.
• Nathan D. Brewer, 32, Chapman: operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
• Kendra D. Brice, 22, Presque Isle: littering, $300 fine.
• Katie Britton, 29, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Delroy P. Burnett, 56, Dorchester, Mass.: rule violation, duty status not current, $250 fine.
• Michael A. Charm, 31, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Jeffrey H. Chasse, 41, Woodland: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
• Mitchell M. Clark, 44, Ashland: attaching false plates, $200 fine; and failing to register vehicle, dismissed.
• Brian Cloukey, 48, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
• Taylor S. Condon, 20, Ashland: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $1,000 fine.
• Hannah M. Conine, 21, Conesus, N.Y.: operating/permitting operation with no ID/validation displayed, $100 fine.
• Mariah Cook, 19, Oxbow: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Andrew Cygan, 19, Presque Isle: criminal attempt and burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed (each).
• Christopher A. Davis, 32, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $200 fine.
• Charles A. Delong, 47, Westfield: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Megan S. Delong, 21, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
• Terriann DeMerchant, 49, Portage Lake: violating protective order from harassment (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Edmond A. Desjarlais, 49, Caribou: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
• William P. Dillon, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, four months in jail and probation partially revoked; and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Jason R. Doak, 31, Limestone: smoking in a motor vehicle with person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.
• Matthew R. Donnelly, 21, Washburn: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
