Men’s basketball
The Presque Isle Recreation and Parks Department will be starting its men’s basketball pick-up league Thursday from 7-9 p.m. This program will continue every Tuesday and Thursday night until April vacation. The cost for the program is $1 per night.
Youth open gym
The recreation department will begin offering youth open gym Saturdays beginning Nov. 3. The times are 1-3 p.m. for grades 3-6 and 3-5 p.m. for grades 7-12. There is no cost for open gym.
Grades 3-4 basketball sign-up begins today
The recreation department begins registration for its grades 3-4 basketball program today. Registration will run through Nov. 16. The cost for the program is $20, which includes eight weeks of skills, drills and games and a team shirt.
