Beta Sigma Phi holds October meeting
Maine Epsilon Master Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met Oct. 18 at the home of Judy Kenney.
Vice President Nancy Nichols conducted the business meeting. It was decided to donate a Thanksgiving basket to a needy family. A pound auction was held as a chapter fundraiser. Members each brought a gift and they were passed left and right according to the lines of a humorous story.
Refreshments were served by Sue Lougee, Ginny Packard and Ellen Helstrom.
The next meeting will be Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. at the home of Nancy Nichols.
