Luis Antonio Alduende-Villa, 37, Madawaska: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and aggravated criminal mischief, 18 months in prison (each); and burglary, four years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation and $16,631.63 restitution.
Melissa L. Bartlett, 29, Easton: theft by deception (two counts); misuse of identification; criminal invasion of computer privacy; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
Keith A. Brissette, 20, Presque Isle: probation violation, 58 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ryan D. Butler, 37, Fort Fairfield: assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Brian A. Carpenter, 46, Stowe, Vt.: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $800 fine; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $1,000 fine; and night hunting, dismissed.
Jeremy J. Chasse, 27, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 20 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Todd M. Corey, 44, Presque Isle: domestic violence stalking; domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each); and criminal threatening, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
Danielle Deprey, 28, New Canada: assault, dismissed.
Adam J. Dionne, 25, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,500 fine and 10 days in jail; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
Daniel Ferranti, 22, Presque Isle: burglary, four years in prison, all but six months suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in jail (first), four years in prison, all but six months suspended, three years’ probation and $6,668.28 restitution (second); and criminal mischief, six months in prison.
Lacie J. Gagnon, 20, Presque Isle: forgery, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 35 days suspended, one-year probation and $2,875 restitution.
Christopher Gaziano, 48, Castle Hill: assault, dismissed.
Amber R. Hallett, 20, Westfield: burglary, dismissed.
Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 35, Westfield: burglary (three counts), 10 months in prison (first, second), three years in prison, all but 10 months suspended and two years’ probation (third); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), six months in prison (each); and aggravated criminal mischief, 10 months in prison.
George Hatt, 44, Blaine: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, filed on $300 costs.
Theodore J. Jaime, 43, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine and seven days in jail.

Glen R. Kleinert, Sr., 34, Limestone: criminal mischief, 364 days in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 16 months in prison and $7,923.59 restitution; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
Paul L. Langenbach, 33, St. Francis: false public alarm or report, 90 days in jail; failing to register vehicle and failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 120 days in jail.
Ashley L. Lopez, 23, Caribou: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.
Amy R. Marmanik, 22, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), 20 days in jail and $560 restitution (first), 48 hours in jail and $5 restitution (second), five days in jail and $199 restitution (third), five days in jail and $300 restitution (fourth), and 10 days in jail (fifth); false public alarm or report, six months in jail, all but 20 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; unsworn falsification, dismissed; burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), five days in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second); forgery, 10 days in jail and $810 restitution.
Curtis J. Michaud, 48, Perham: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Peter J. Michaud, 51, Grand Isle: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $500 fine; illegal possession of firearm, $1,100 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, $400 suspended and seven days in jail.
Andre M. Ouellette, 20, North Berwick: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.
James L. Parlin, 39, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, five days in jail; assault and driving to endanger dismissed (each); violating condition of release, five days in jail; and operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Scott R. Plourde, 42, New Sweden: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
Jake B. Rogeski, 24, Fort Fairfield: possessing sexual explicit material of minor under 12, dismissed.
Paul G. Roy, 25, Madawaska: driving to endanger, $575 fine.
Mayling Silva, 20, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 60 days in jail (first), $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, three years’ probation and $140 restitution; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, $400 suspended, and 60 days in jail.
Gaston Skilling, 57, Riviere Bleue, Quebec: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Casey Smith, 31, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and seven days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $1,000 costs.
Bradley J. Taggett, 37, Caribou: arson, dismissed; and criminal mischief, five days in jail.
Marie J. Tompkins, 53, Ellsworth: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; and OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 50 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension.
Sean M. Wadlington, 29, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, six months in prison; gross sexual assault (two counts), dismissed (first) and 10 years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation (second).
