Veteran supports Willette
To the editor:
Being a decorated combat veteran and after reading Mr. Calvin F. Hall’s editorial, I felt compelled to respond.
Bob Saucier spent many years in the National Guard. However, Mike Willette was a combat medic, who deployed to “Desert Storm” and “Desert Shield.” So Bob Saucier and others stayed at home with their wives and girlfriends, while Mike Willette went into “harms way.”
So to all you veterans who have “looked the tiger in the eye,” think before you vote. There are veterans and then there are veterans.
