    Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey & Colette Plourde of Fort Kent and Mr. and Mrs. Riki & Wendy Boucher of Mapleton are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Melinda M. Plourde and Brien K. Boucher.
    Melinda is a 2007 graduate of Fort Kent High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine at Fort Kent. She is employed by Evergreen Manufacturing in Madawaska as a buyer/planner.
    Brien is a 2007 graduate of Presque Isle High School and attended the University of Maine at Fort Kent. He is employed by Orion Timberlands in Fort Kent as a Forester.
    The wedding will be held at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent, Maine, on August 31, 2013.
