Bernard hosts recent meeting for local sorority
Maine Epsilon Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met on Sept. 20 at the home of Helene Bernard. President Pam Palm conducted the business meeting.
Minutes were read from the August meeting that was held at the camp of Mae Gerrish on Eagle Lake. Those who were able to attend enjoyed swimming, boating and a wonderful potluck dinner.
Program books done by Linda Swett and Helene Bernard were distributed followed by a discussion of upcoming meetings and programs. Many happy dollars were shared.
A pound auction will be the program for the next meeting which will be held on Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at the home of Judy Kenney. Delicious pies and coffee were served by Helene Bernard, Mae Gerrish, Linda Swett and Priscilla Nichols.
