FORT FAIRFIELD – Bernadette Julia (Babin) Christensen, 80, wife of the late Wendell Christensen, left our world September 28, 2012. She was born February 18, 1932, in Van Buren to Alex and Adrienne (Smart) Babin.
She is survived by and will be sorely missed by son Thomas Bushey and wife Traci of Masardis, and son Timothy Bushey of Fort Fairfield; granddaughters Melanie Cote and Patty Craig; great-grandchildren Megan and Abigail Cote, Alexis and Sam Craig; a very special niece, Donna; and her kitty cat Misty. Bernadette was predeceased by her first husband Woodford “Woody” Bushey, her sister Joanne Babin, half-sister Mary Pendexter, also brothers Bert and Roger Babin and half-brother Larry Bushey.
