    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.

    Paul K. Albright, 37, Littleton: robbery, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), three years in prison (second); violating condition of release, six months in jail; and burglary, 10 years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $5,000 restitution.

    Michael C. Bennett, 20, Littleton: aggravated assault, dismissed.

    Robert T. Cottle, 32, Houlton: criminal trespass (two counts), 90 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in jail (each); theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

    Tonya Cowperthwaite, 31, Monticello: burglary, dismissed.

    Dovon K. Drake, 46, Island Falls: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, dismissed.

    Helen M. Dunn, 53, Houlton: criminal trespass, filed on $250 costs.

    Joseph A. Fallica, II, 21, Lamoine: robbery, dismissed.

    Albert L. Goudet, 52, Standish: possessing suspended driver license and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed (each).

    Tanya M. Graham, 32, Houlton: operating after license suspension, permanent transfer.

    Dale James Haggart, 26, Crystal: domestic violence criminal threatening, 75 days in jail.

    Brett A. Hitchcock, 46, Oakfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts) and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed (each).

    Ted E. Ivey, Jr., 31, Littleton: operating while license suspended/revoked, priors, dismissed.

    Amy K. Joseph, 30, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Jordan M. Lincoln, 27, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (four counts), three years in prison (first, second), six months in jail and $200 restitution (third), six months in jail and $120 restitution (fourth); burglary (two counts), six years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation (first, second), and $620 restitution (first); and violating condition of release (two counts), three months in jail (each).

    Sheryl Martin, 56, Houlton: criminal trespass, filed on $250 costs.

    Clinton J. Michaud, 23, Presque Isle: robbery, dismissed.

    Justin S. Moulton, 28, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 18 months in prison, all but 103 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating protective order and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail (each).

    Tabbatha L. Osnoe, 28, Danforth: probation violation, 105 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and illegal possession of firearm, 105 days in jail.

    Sasha M. Pullen, 26, Houlton: probation violation, two years four months in prison and probation revoked; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, four years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.

    Jacqueline Reinzo, 49, Bangor: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.

    David A. Russell, 57, Houlton: possessing sexually explicit material, priors and dissemination of sexually explicit material, dismissed (each).

    Jeffrey C. Sinclair, 20, Glenburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, permanent transfer (each).

    Nathan J. Swallow, 28, Oakfield: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; and operating under the influence, priors, $1,100 fine, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension.

    Michael F. Tomah, 37, Houlton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 15 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.

    Michael L. Tucker, 39, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail and $938.47 restitution.

    Ray W. Varney, 23, Houlton: assault (two counts), dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three months in jail.
