    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
    William H. Duffy, Sr., 42, Sherman: assault, not guilty; and domestic violence assault, not guilty.
    Ryan Dyer, 38, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $5,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Carmen A. Gheorghiu, 35, New York, N.Y.: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $800 fine.
    Nicole R. Hall, 24, Mars Hill: criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal mischief, 15 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, dismissed; operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, 15 days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 15 days in jail.
    Warren I. Hall, 67, Bradford: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Matthew Hathaway, 26, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Daniel P. McAvoy, 45, Sherman Mills: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
    Micah P. McGillicuddy, 24, Monticello: criminal mischief and violating condition of release, $250 fine (each).
    Thayne M. Ormsby, 22, Dover, N.H.: arson, 15 years in prison; murder (three counts), life in prison (each) and $13,293.67 restitution (third).
    Andrew J. Parsons, 29, Bangor: probation violation, 55 months in prison, and probation partially revoked.
    Ryan Allen Scott, 28, Littleton: probation violation, underlying sentence and probation revoked.
    Jerry J. Seel, Jr., 43, Van Buren: violating condition of release, 14 months in prison; and violating protective order, six months in jail.
    Philip C. Sennett, 33, Houlton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault, priors, and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each).
    Justice A. Spell, 26, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and six months in jail.
    Gregory A. Tidd, 48, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, seven years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation.
    Scott R. Totten, 27, Hodgdon: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Robert C. Wright, III, 29, Bridgewater: probation violation, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
