    NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI – Constance J. (Carpenter) Albert, 79, died Saturday September 1, 2012 at the Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of Ralph Albert for 60 years. Born in Houlton, Maine, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Marion (Daley) Carpenter and step-daughter of the late Electa Carpenter.
    Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Douglas Albert and his wife Cheryl, Stephen Albert and his wife Nancy, and Mark Albert, companion Kathleen Faria and daughter-in-law, Gail Albert; three daughters, Cathy Gaunt and her husband Don, Jody Woods, and Karen Costigan and her husband, James; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Gail Falcone, a brother, Michael Carpenter, Esq., and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Bernard Carpenter.
    Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Robbins Funeral Home, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, Fruit Hill Ave. Providence. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Calling hours are Wednesday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, RI Chapter, 2348 Post Rd.
