Presque Isle Pharmacy
provides short wait times, caring staff
The staff at Presque Isle Pharmacy go out of their way to make customers’ experience a pleasant one.
“Customer service is the number-one focus for us,” said Tina Cowett, pharmacy technician. “We appreciate every single customer and look forward to seeing them time and time again.”
Located at 797 Main St. — inside Graves’ Shop ‘n Save — Presque Isle Pharmacy provides more than prescription drugs and select over-the-counter items.
“We also offer fast and friendly customer service and a trained pharmacy staff to meet all of your needs,” said Cowett.
Owned by Pat and Jake Robertson, the pharmacy has been open since April 2001, and employs five full-time and five part-time employees.
Having been in business for 11 years, Cowett knows what keeps customers coming back.
“Our low prices and friendly one-on-one customer service,” she said. “We have many loyal customers due to our exceptional customer service. Many of our customers have been with us since we first opened. We understand the importance of prompt, courteous service for our customers’ busy lives.
“We have very short wait times,” said Cowett, noting that Presque Isle Pharmacy has next-day ordering capability. “We try to be much faster. Our average wait time is 5-10 minutes, so people can even come in on their lunch hour to fill a prescription.”
While larger, more impersonal establishments may treat customers like a number, Presque Isle Pharmacy continues to treat its customers like family.
“Being a small, locally-owned business, we are more community-minded, we know everyone by name and we’re going to do our best to keep them happy,” said Cowett. “We don’t come in, punch a time clock, do our job and leave. We care about the people that we work for and work very hard to make sure they are happy and keep coming back.”
Presque Isle Pharmacy is open from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 760-9100.
