PRESQUE ISLE — Pancsofar’s Bridal Boutique, located at 728 Main Street in Presque Isle, has undergone a wide range of changes over the past year.
Courtney Wetzel, who took ownership of the store last November, says that in addition to updating the appearance of the store, she has tried to focus on three things: quality, selection and service.
“We only carry reputable designers who pride themselves on craftsmanship. When you order a dress from us, you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you’re paying for, and more,” Wetzel says.
Customers no longer need to look outside the region to find what they’re looking for, as Pancsofar’s boasts a full inventory.
“It’s important to us that we provide a full selection of dresses in terms of style, color, and price,” she says. “We reject the notion that you have to travel south to find the latest in formal wear fashion.”
Wetzel says that above all else, she and her staff have dedicated themselves to providing more than a shopping trip. They have aimed to provide a special experience that the customer will never forget.
“People entrust us with some of the most important shopping experiences of their lives, and we take that very seriously,” Wetzel said. “We not only serve, we build relationships.”
“From the initial experience in the store to the day the merchandise is picked up, customers are treated like family. We hate to see their events go by because it’s like saying good-bye to friends.”
Business hours are from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, and 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Thursday. The shop is also open Sundays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
“My biggest priority since I took over is service,” Wetzel said, “and I think our customers have seen that. We have had a phenomenal first year, and I am so grateful to those who have supported us.”
