AROOSTOOK COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.
• Kenneth L. Adams, Sr., 54, Washburn: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
• Melissa A. Ayotte, 31, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
• Scott A. Bernaiche, 25, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Bruce L. Bolstridge, 72, Houston, Texas: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed; hunting or possessing animal or bird – closed season, $450 fine.
• Rachel A. Bouchard, 54, Van Buren: operating under the influence, dismissed.
• Keith A. Brissette, 20, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault, dismissed; and sexual abuse of a minor, 10 months in jail, all but 135 days suspended and one-year probation.
• William Carter, II, 53, Bangor: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Edward Chambers, 42, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 24 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, priors and domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, dismissed (each).
• Todd Chasse, 30, Easton: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three months in jail (each); forgery, 12 months in prison and $1,720 restitution; probation violation, 21 months in prison and probation revoked.
• James O. Clark, 37, Wade: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Zachery B. Corriveau, 19, Caribou: probation violation, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued and $15,620.24 restitution.
• Marc A. Daigle, 59, St. John Plt.: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 180 days’ license suspension.
• Anthony R. Disiena, 31, Mechanicsville, N.Y.: failing to operate snowmobile at prudent speed, $250 fine.
• Jordan A. Field, 29, Mars Hill: criminal mischief, $250 fine.
• Matthew Gagnon, 27, New Sweden: aggravated criminal mischief and burglary, dismissed (each).
• Bennett H. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.
• James Michael Gough, 35, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended and three years’ probation.
• Robert N. Guthrie, 25, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• David C. Harmon, 33, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Nancy Harvey, 67, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
• Justin W. Johndro, 20, Fort Fairfield: theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release, 50 hours’ community service (each).
• Norman C. Johndro, 35, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Kevin Knox, 45, Easton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and two years’ probation.
• Jason M. Lagasse, 23, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and $1,081.20 restitution.
• Richard A. Larsen, III, 25, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $11,044.58 restitution; and burglary, five months in jail.
• Arlene A. Lebel, 50, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
• Meaghan A. MacDonald, 25, Bangor: burglary, dismissed.
• John Paul Mathieu, 40, Surry: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.
• Michael G. McDougal, 27, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Andrew Mills, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, eight years in prison, all but two years suspended and six years’ probation.
• Leslie R. Nichols, 33, Fort Kent: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
• Lawrence A. Noyes, 45, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order, 95 days in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each).
